ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
l Adherence to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity
l Provide a high level of technical response to the customers
l Ensure that all communication with customers is within the guidelines of the client
l Follow the prescribed problem resolution procedures
l Handle customer’s product usage questions
l Ensure that cases and callbacks are logged in accordance with the Data Quality guidelines
l Reach and maintain the level of technical competence and customer service skills as required for the post
l Ensure that all data is collected accurately
l Ensure that service levels are achieved as communicated by the Account Manager
l Be willing to follow the working time assigned by immediate supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS

l Bachelor degree or above
l Native level in Indonesian both oral and written
l Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin
l IT education background or at least 1 year related IT experience
l Experience with computer operation, over 12 months experience with MS Word/Excel
l Experience with call center and Notebook/PC will be an advantage
l Solid communications skills, demonstrated customer mindset and service skills
